We scan each page at high resolution, lightly enhance for clarity, and deliver clean, organized digital files. Optional OCR (optical character recognition) makes your documents searchable and editable, while our transcription add-on is perfect for handwritten notes or legacy materials that deserve extra care.

How It Works

1. Place your order for the batch size that fits your needs.

2. You’ll receive a welcome email with instructions for uploading files or using a prepaid mail-in label.

3. We scan and organize your documents, enhance them for clarity, and apply OCR (if selected).

4. Receive your archive via secure cloud download and/or USB.
