What kinds of services do you offer?
We specialize in photo and document scanning, image restoration, digital archive creation, legacy kits for seniors, memory books and videos, personalized websites, and a collection of keepsakes and printed pieces. We also offer custom collage art, family tree prints, and remembrance design.

How do I get started?
Just choose a product or service and check out — or email us if you’re looking for something more custom. We’ll follow up with a welcome message, next steps, and a link to our intake form.

What's included in the service?
Most digital services include a custom intake, cloud delivery, and a thumb drive with your finished files. Some services also include printed keepsakes or add-ons you can select at checkout.

How long does it take?
Standard turnaround time is 1 to 2 weeks after intake is completed. Larger or more custom projects may take longer. You can add rush delivery for an additional fee.

Can I add a custom request?
Yes — just email us if you’d like to combine services or do something not listed. We’ll be happy to help or offer a quote.

What if I only need a few things scanned or fixed?
That’s what our À La Carte section is for — you can order exactly what you need without a larger package.

How do I prepare my material?
Once you check out, we’ll send you detailed instructions along with your intake form. If you’re mailing items to us, we’ll guide you through how to pack them safely. Digital files can also be uploaded directly.

How will I receive my finished files?
We deliver everything via secure cloud folder and a USB drive, included with most orders. If you choose a printed product, it will ship directly to you.

Do you offer gift options?
Yes! Many of our kits and keepsakes are designed to be given as gifts. You can also add custom packaging or message options.
